Originally from Macon, Georgia, Steve has lived in Northwest Georgia since 2006 in the Ellijay/Jasper area. He has worked in various areas of Church Ministry and in Social Services for over 30 years. He and his wife, Ruth served as Missionaries to Jamaica and the Caribbean for 8 years with Christ For the Nations and they have founded several Family Resource Centers that have served the needs of families affected by Addiction.
Steve is a certified Leadership and Life Focus Coach through “Transformational Leadership Coaching,” of Regent University, and is a trained Pastoral Counselor. He has degrees in Psychology and Theology, and has done graduate studies in Organizational Leadership through Georgia College and State University, Christ for the Nations and Regent University. Pastor Steve is passionate about helping others find their place of fruitfulness in the Body of Christ and helping others succeed in life.
Pastor Steve has also had a significant career in Higher Education, having served as Dean of Students and Teacher at Christ for the Nations Bible College in Jamaica during his 8 years there, and as Adjunct Professor at the University of the West Indies and at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida. He is ordained through the Ministers Fellowship of Christ for the Nations in Dallas, Texas.
